eating habits

I am not a big supper person. I could eat a mile high pile of pancakes, bacon, toast, eggs, etc. (not sausage though . . . that's just gross), but I really don't get too excited about big suppers. I would be very happy with cereal each and every night.
Currently, my favourite is Vector. And it is a complete meal replacement so that means we're actually getting protein from soy. It might just be the perfect food! Of course there is a lot of sugar in it, but that never killed anyone . . . oh . . . wait . . . it has killed a lot of people.
This brings me to contemplate what my ultimate day of eating would be. Hmmmm . . . that is a tough one, but I can tell you there's lots of sugar and not one veggie in that list. Really . . . if I never had to eat another veggie, it would be my idea of Heaven
Here's something funny: when we were growing up, Shannon would eat meat and I wouldn't eat veggies. My mother was WAY more concerned with Shannon not eating meat. I remember her even talking to a health nurse about it . . . but was she concerned about my lack of vegetables? Nope! It was nothing to worry about in the early 80s. Times have changed.
